We uploaded a build with a number of improvements just now. These include...

• Dashing is more responsive, with its own delay that is separate from shooting
• Dashing is now also on the right bumper on pads (or the pg-dn key) in addition to the older keys (shift and x button)
• The green power-up causes enemies to die faster; this prevents the player potentially being injured before they die

Collectively these substantially improve the responsiveness of the controls.
